<p>I was called by one of their agents that made many promises. When I wanted to claim they said it wasn't covered. I said go and listen at the recording. Then they said the call was dropped and they don't have anything like that. Then I saw on the statement that I will also only be covered after 2 months , which means that I already paid R1200 for nothing. I called outraged by this and they said it was explained. It wasn't explained the agent said in the call that once the payment goes through I will be covered. All together I have paid R1800 for a bunch of lies. Never never never get anything from tele sales.</p>
