Help: How can I solve this problem
Good Day
Sir may I please speak to you regarding my car
It was towed to the RMI on the 3th of August 2020 I have been talking to the owner/ dealer on the phone even got to the shop about four times the was no help till I decided to come and take it so I can get it fixed myself
I was told that there is an amount of R2530 for the car to be released that needs to be paid, okay I paid the amount when I got to the garage I only noticed that the engine has been opened and I was asked to take it as it is
"From what I know the garage can't work on the car before working on the paperwork to check if the service history is up to date right"
I'm asking for your help on the matter

29 Oct 2020, 10:43 Dear Mr Thembinkosi Thank you for allowing us to look in to the matter We wish to confirm that your claim was received on the 14-10-2020 and where the service history documents were requested by the Insurer; regrettably this has not being received and as result the claim could not be finalized. As you have confirmed through subsequent discussions, servicing of your vehicle was not carried out at a Manufacturer repairer nor RMI accredited dealer and we state that this policy requirement was expressly mentioned to you during your application with us and also communicated through policy documents issued to you. Regarding the matter between the repairing dealer and yourself, we encourage you to log the complaint with MIOSA (https://www.miosa.co.za/complain-online.php) We regret that our response is unfavorable however we trust that you will find it to be in order.
