Elixi Health a **** policy

My name is Tafadzwa. I am very disapointed in Elixi Health services administered by Talksure. I joined Elixi Health in October 2018 and the inceptiom date for my policy was the 1st or January. I have been paying since Oct 2018. Upon joining, they promised to delivered my memership card within 40 days but that did noy happen. In the i contacted them twice early jan and early feb 2019. They promised to courier to deliver my card and they sent me my membership certificate which i am supposed to use. Today the 25th of march 2019 i have been to dr parkhealth in cape town the administrator was on a call for almost an hour she was being transfered between talksure and elixi health they told the dr that my policy number was not being picked up in the elixihealth. Considering negative reviews on thier facebook and here on hellopeter and my bad exprience with elixihealth i am of the opinion that this company is a ****. Each time i complain to them they make **** calls pretending to update my details and update my work address. Last week they wanted to make an upgrade my plan without my consent.
