Elixa Medical Insurance
I am a member of the Elixa Medical Insurance and I would not recommend it to anyone. It’s a waste of money.
Their services are bad, tried calling their claims department within business hours and informed my call can not be taken and I should call later.
With regards to medical insurance they only cover hospitalization for accidents only.
You would think with Covid19 they would review their policies because some patients experience life threatening symptoms and need emergency medical attention but they do not consider that as an emergency and one has to pay for their own hospitalization.
Nor do they cover for covid19 test to be done should you suspect that you have contracted the virus.
Overall poor service and would not recommend to anyone.
