Disgusting
I've never been this disgusted in my life. Sometime January I was called by a consultant from Talksure SA offering me a hospital plan and I agreed to it because it was something I was looking for since I cant afford medical aid. In January they started deducting, but till today I haven't received my membership card. I called them today asking for my money back because I cant be paying for something that I actually have, but they refused. My mom is the one that recommended me to them and she's also having the same problem she hasn't received her card, but every month they deduct. I want a refund of my instalments because I can be paying for something that I don't have. These people are ****** that just want to take their money
