Daily Harrasment Unsolicited Dropped Calls to cell number

Talksure has been harrasing me with dropped calls for almost 2 months now. I have called them several times and have emailed them to place me on their DNC list. I received correspondence confirming my cell number to be placed on DNC but since that email i am still being called twice a day. its dropped calls, so no one answers on their side. How very very frustrating!! I have since also cancelled my policy with 24/7 ASAP because the rep at Talksure confirmed that was the reason for the daily (dropped) calls.
