Customer Service Experience_Excellent Service
A big thank you to Vineshnee Pillay and Caleb David of Help Me 24/7, a subsidiary of TalkSure SA for their excellent customer service and professionalism. Just within a few minutes of reporting my vehicle breakdown, a hired car was readily available for me. A follow up on my well being was amazing! It is indeed a peace of mind having a cover with this caring company. Your customer servicing is well above par and to me it's the first of its kind. Keep it up....
