Customer service

I have dealt with so many people at this company, honestly I was never satisfied with their service but one person really outdid himself when I called in some time last month and I think he said his name was Luyanda Mbanjwa. That sweet young gentleman went out of his way to ensure that I was okay when my policy was not reflecting when I took my child to the doctor, he kept calling to make sure that he updates me on the progress of my query and to make sure my child is also okay I will never forget that young man and he is a real asset to the company!!
