Can’t get claim form
I have been paying for gap cover for 5 years with no claims. I now have a claim but cannot get through to their call center just so that I can get a claim form. The email address they tell me to use bounces back, the customer service number just rings so I don’t know what else to do. Next step will be the ombudsman
