Can't get a claim form - disgusting service

Have been trying since January to get a claim form from Elixi Gap cover. No one answers the phone or they give you another number which goes to ER emergency or they eventually tell you they will send one and then nothing. Absolutely disgusting how you treat your clients and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I'll keep informing everyone on social media until I have the claim forms. You take my money very month but can't even send me a form. Disgraceful.
