Bad customer service and no assistance from team leader when trying to get help for escalated issues.
Their customer service is bad and they full of empty promises, I have been waiting for Debi check to be resent to me for over 3 weeks, they keep on saying they will call tomorrow and never get back you customer.
They take money and deny your your policy after few months. I guess this is a habit
