Bad client service

I was enrolled for the medical insurance this month ,on 16th promised to be call back on the 17th to confirm my enrollment as I also wanted to add my parents, no called till today and as I was also promised to receive medical certificate also that have not yet been received. I tried to call them kept taking me from consultant to other very disappointed. Even requested to speak to the consultant who assisted me Fundiswa but hey it was hard to get help.This is so so unprofessional.Im surely cancelling this if was sick needing help ,I was gonna die while waiting to be assisted.
