Zero/no service Takealot.com

Takealot has been delivering to my current address for several years.

Now suddenly after waiting for several hours today I have no delivery.

I spoke to Zihle now in deliveries at Takealot. No, no managers are available. And I had to hear about some technical difficulties. This is not a black friday purchase and I do not understand why a delivery service suddenly breaks down.
