Zero service. No Christmas spirit

I support this company very well. I ordered my child's present over a week ago with plenty enough lead time with delivery date set for today. There is no update on the lead time and zero assistance from Takealot. All I want to know is why I can't either change the delivery address or go pick it up myself and when it will arrive??? You would think Takealot would work harder to resolve the problem and assist however possible. It is Christmas after all. There is no customer call centre and no assurance from this company. So disappointed in Takealot.
