Zero service, clueless staff, no feedback on faulty laptop returned almost a month ago

<p>I logged a return on a faulty laptop almost a month ago and to date I have not received adequate feedback as to what is going on. I would have happily accepted a refund but now I just want my money back. I would caution buyers against buying high value or tech products from takelot as the returns team is absolutely useless. I am now sitting without a laptop or a refund. I guess litigation is the only way to resolve this now</p>
