ZERO SERVICE AND PURE NEGLIGENCE

If I could I’d give 0 stars!!! I am absolutely furious!!! I place an order for a cellular device yesterday evening !!! I pay for guaranteed next day delivery instead of free delivery for tomorrow (Tuesday 07 March So that should make sense it’s an urgent order) I get notified this late this morning item is out for delivery! I receive my parcel this afternoon and I open it and this is what I get A BOTTLE OF PEPPER SPRAY!!! I immediately phone and I get told oh i need to log a return and they have to investigate before I can get the item I paid for!!! So now I must be inconvenienced due to pure and utter negligence!!!

You guys make a MASSIVE stuff up and send a completely incorrect item that was paid for and supposed to be delivered today and then have the cheek to say I must either 1) process and pay for a new order to get what I originally paid for by tomorrow even though I paid for next day delivery for today and wait for you to complete your return of your stuff up before I get refunded for the the item I PAID FOR in the first place!!! And the I get told a collect and exchange isn’t possible I must wait for you to complete the return of your stuff up and that I’ll only get what I ordered later this week!!! Someone stuck my waybill on the incorrect parcel so someone is likely sitting with my order while I’m inconvenienced with a bottle of pepper spray
