Zero Service

What a messed up service!!!! i placed an order this morning 24/05/2024 and i selected same day delivery and paid for it, according to the app it showed my order will be delivered between 13H00 and 14H00. around 13H30 my order status changed to delivered and it showed that i signed for it. HAAAAAAWWWW How so? when did i sign for it? i went to the company in the same building with mine and they advised that they never received my order. Now take a lot has the nerve to tell me they will get back to me on Monday. So what do they think that i payed for same day delivery because i had a lot of money?
