Zero satisfaction from Takealot

Takealot delivered the wrong product 3 times in a row. Every time I had to repackage and wait nearly an entire day for the return package to be collected. Then wait at home for another day each time the replacement product was scheduled for delivery - which turned out to be the wrong product every time. Their response times are far too long. The latest return incident took them 7 days to respond and then only because I followed up. All attempts to try to get a responsible manager to talk to me have failed. What a disaster just waiting for a large snake from the Amazon to eat them alive.
