Zero feedback, zero communication, zero delivery

<p>On the 10th of November i placed an order with this company and was told delivery would take place on a certain date. Needless to say the delivery date has come and gone with absolutely zero communication from them, when i queried all i get is an automated response saying my query will be escalated. Not good enough!!!! They are very happy to take my money but then everyhting else disappears into a big void. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will NEVER EVER use this company again. Stay away from them people!</p>
