Zero customer service

I have ordered a lot from Takealot in the past but recently their customer service has just gone straight out of the window. I have been waiting over a month for an order and it has been pushed out 4 times already. When the wine ban was reinstated I got an email to state that my entire order has been cancelled. I asked please just exclude the wine as all I want is the other items in my order - please note this quite a large order of multiple products - all they said is that the whole order has to be cancelled. Now I have to fight for a refund. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
