Zero customer service

Takealot have really let themselves down, once an advocate of the brand, I will never shop with them again! Still holding on to my money when I never received my goods, goods been back at the warehouse since the 7th Dec according to their team leader yet still waiting for my money...their management don’t care and it’s a case of passing the buck...my advice, if you want a joyful and stress-free shopping experience I get the holidays, find other places to spend your hard earned money or be prepared for a painful and arduous shopping experience with #Takelot.com #zeroclientservice
