Zero customer care

I've been trying to get a response from takealot customer care for over 24 hours now regarding a payment that just wont go through on their system with zero response. I've sent through multiple requests and their website says they do work on Sundays so I genuinely don't understand how they haven't responded yet but at this point my purchase is going to be relinquished from my order history without me being able to pay for it and I'm going to lose out on the black Friday special I specifically waited for.
