Zero customer care

So I ordered the same thing twice in the last two months only to be first credited for the first and then the second order they delivered only one item of 5. I have been nothing but courteous and patient yet it's been over a month and they still refuse to send me the items even though the supplier does have stock. As the customer I would assume they would value me as I have been a long standing customer, instead they are protecting the supplier and ignoring my plea for my items. If I could give a negative 1000 review I totally would.
