ZERO CUSTOMER ACCOUNTABILITY - SPREAD THE WORD

I work in a medical practice and left work early to pick up a package ordered a week ago. The website clearly indicates Milnerton trading hours till 7pm! When I get there I am told to go from one gate to the other to eventually be turned away and told to go to Richmond Park. This is now after 6pm. Only to get to Richmond Park and told that they close at 6pm! DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE LACK OF SERVICE
