Zero Communication - Delayed Delivery

Driver arrived yesterday and told me the courier had damaged the package and then he left. I go on takealot and log a ticket. This was for next day delivery so I was hoping I would get credit in time to get my stuff delivered today. No response yesterday. I get an sms this morning saying it will be delivered today - still haven't received anything. No tracking updates, no credit, nothing but silence. I emailed them earlier asking for an update and what's going on - no response. Really bad when you need to resort to HP just to get a response.
