Zero assistance given

Bought an item under 6 6-month warranty that stopped working after 2 months. Called customer care and seller support to assist with the replacement or possible options to assist. One advised me to call the other, and the seller support was very rude and just put the phone to my ear.

Please provide feedback urgently as I need this item replased as my wife cant pump milk at work to supply our baby.
