I bought a laptop battery at them. When i received the battery i saw it was the wrong battery i putt it in its original box and send it back. I did not in any way damage the box the labels or anything. Now they don't want to return my money because the box is damaged. It did not damage with me the box had no damage when the courier took it from me.

I am a good customer of Takealot and this is the first time i am struggling. This is verry bad experience so var.
