Your staff take the **** !!! MY ISSUE IS STILL UNRESOLVED!!!

Wow Takealot, looking at your reviews you clearly couldn't care less about Customer service and it shows. So this morning I was assisted by a guy named Shawl (something like that) he claimed to consult with his team lead and will call me back, that didn't happen. Ended up calling again and spoke to Kaylin who answers the call "Hey." As if I'm her friend. Places me on mute while I'm talking to have fat chats with God knows who, her customer service is putrid, please feel free to listen to the call and teach your agent how to do a professional greeting. I escalated and was meant to be assisted by her team lead Xavier, was placed on hold for a while so I dropped and called back. Spoke to another gentleman who's name I unfortunately can't remember but HE WAS THE MOST COMPETENT out of the lot, even called back with a follow up that Xavier will call me within 30 mins, that was 3 hours ago LOL. Thank you to the last gentleman for his great customer service! Please have him train your team lead and the rest of your agents HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS !!! Xavier is still MIA, no call back, no feedback nada. Clearly taking ownership isn't one of your strong points.
