Your staff have no idea what they are doing and the service is worse than pathetic

I received a parcel last week, but one of the products was not there! I had to phone in to find out that it was never delivered to takealot outlet because the supplier no longer manufactured that item, no one had the common decency to let me know... now over a week later I’m still waiting for my refund! No one follows up with me unless I email first!!! This is pathetic! On top of it all, the feedback I receive all the time is that they are looking for my product, how the hell are they looking for a parcel when it’s not even there????? I want my refund! This is the worst service of any business I’ve used!!! Order number is ***9
