Your Service is ****!!!

I HATE your **** service! There is NO escallation process for your customers when matters does not get resolved!

For more than 7 days Take alot has been rescheduling my delivery every day creating expectation for the following day just to be rescheduled yet again. Keeping on every time on the line for more than 30min before call gets answered just to get confirmation delivery will take place, get email and so the viscious cycle starts all over again!!! 2 min before 17:00 I get a message to say again sorry we could not deliver today will reschedule.

I am now FEDUP!!!!!!!!!!! I need my order before the weekend and been waiting since 21 November
