Your delivery scheduling is absolutely terrible!

Received notification for a booze order that delivery will be the following day between 8am and 5pm Made arrangements for somebody (18yrs+ old) to be home the whole day. On the day, delivery was delayed, then rescheduled, then got calls asking if I had received it (no!). It was then rescheduled for the following Monday Again I had to arrange for somebody (18yrs+ old) to be home between 8am and 5pm. By 1:30pm, no delivery notification was received yet (i.e. out for delivery) - so I sent you an email to see if it is still happening due to all your confusion. No reply to the email (yet) but got a SMS saying it had again been rescheduled for tomorrow (Tues) before 3pm. Thanks, I now have to make another arrangement for a person 18yrs+ to home for delivery. Lets see if you can get it right this time and BEFORE 3pm. Next time I'll drive thro' to Makro Liquor and buy the products myself - same price!
