Your delivery methods are lacking.
I suggest you change your delivery couriers. Mr. Delivery is the WORST and i mean the ABSOLUTE WORST courier service in South-Africa. I have had problems with them in the past too with mr.D with vodacom and with yourselves. There is ALWAYS a issue with them. <br> <br> The fact that you use Mr. Delivery has now single-handedly caused you to lose me as a customer. I will never buy from takealot again. <br> <br> They tried to deliver the item to the SCHOOL address I put on after 2, by which time i was no longer there. I gave the man my home address (3km away) and he said he'd bring it there quickly, this was at 15:00. By 17:00 he hadn't arrived and I left for my arrangements I had that evening. He called at nearly 18:00 by which time he assumingly drove 3km. <br> <br> I called the MrD call center today and was met by a very apathetic call center agent. Who literally said \Yeah
