Your delivery guys discriminate

I wasn’t home to get my package delivered by takealot so I asked my partner to be home to receive it. Your delivery guy called from the gate of the complex and said that he was not allowed by security to come inside. My partner had to go to the gate of the complex in a bath robe to meet him. She enquired with Security as to why he wasn’t allowed in. Security said they told him to go inside and he refused. He said he had called all his recipients to the gate and they were meeting him there. The box was big and he expected my partner to carry it . Takealot says they deliver to your door but your delivery people refuse to honour this.
