Your customer service is appalling.

Your customer service is the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. You guys have had my return since the 5th of July and do not provide feedback. Your warranty team keeps giving excuses while I am without an item that I use to make money. I have lost out on so much money. Not to mention the money I spend daily trying to get anyone from your company to help me. When I do call I get agents who are rude and not helpful. When you ask for a supervisor they hang up or promise you that one will call you it never happens. You guys have had my return with you since the 5th of July and have given me no feedback till now. Give me feedback on my item so that I can never bother myself by buying from takealot ever again.
