Your are not really buying from Takealot, they are only the middle man.

I have returned an item and wanted it replaced as you did list the item on your site. I was given a credit instead stating that you have changed sellers. The way I see it is that I bought from Takealot so it shouldn't be my concern if you have changed sellers. I have subsequently asked for the defective item to be returned so that I can return it directly to suppliers and a week and 7 e-mails later to ********** I have had no response. I really miss the Takealot where I could pick-up a phone and sort any issues. Suppose Takealot has become to arrogant to care. Why on earth would I ever buy from Takealot again with this kind of attitude and service?
