You Suck

I placed an order on 17th Dec 2021 of an item that did not work which I returned. I asked for a different item and 2 days before delivery was scheduled they could not source the item even though their system said they have stock. 3rd time I believed it will correct only for you to send me the incorrect item. Surely someone must check before you pack the item that it correspond with my order.
