YOU STOLE FROM ME
I purchased a Apple i Phone 6 plus on 30th of September 2015. It is delivered on the 2nd of October 2015. They delivered a i Phone 6 and not the plus. After \investigation"the boxes were marked incorrectly. My order is replaced and I have to wait 5 to 10 working days. Today is the 10th working day. Megan phones this morning at 09:13 to inform me I will get an answer in 30 minutes. At 11:18 I phone takealot and am disconnected holding the line for Megan. I phone back and demand that a manager calls me. This is completely disgusting service from a company well known as you. I do not care if you walk to the i Store in Canal Walk and purchase one for me but I expect to have my phone delivered today! I am out of pocket with R15000 and the Manager refuses to contact me. Disgusting *******!!!"""
