Communication and feedback is not what it used to be.

I've place and order on Friday with the option of getting "Gauranteed Weekend Delivery - Saturday" selected. On Saturday morning I received my first SMS stating that delivery would take place before 17:00. It also showed on the App as being shipped.

I was quite surprised when by 17:30 I still did not received the package after waiting at home the whole day.

Suddenly by 18:54 I received another SMS stating that the order is out for delivery and would arrive before 19:00. Five minutes later I got another SMS which only said that the order has been delayed.

Upon going onto the app I noticed that the status changed and said that the order would be rescheduled because: "We tried to deliver your order but could not because the recipient was not available to take delivery".

Absolute nonsense.

This seems to me that somebody else was delayed and did not get to my home or you had your own issues. Fact is you made me wait the whole day at home because you gauranteed a service which you were unable to deliver.

By Sunday morning I contacted you on your website and "Yedwa.L" responded by email to get an update and provide me with feedback. That was also a disappointment because I am still waiting for that feedback.

You need to do better!!!
