You log a return because there are missing items and they still bring you a light without a charger, what am I supposed to charge it with? Am I an idiot for running all the way to Pickup point after work the same nonsense? Very unhappy😡😠

First they bring a loadshedding light without the charger, I follow the process for a return and they still bring back the light without the charger again. What kind of nonsense is this. Really not happy with this pathetic level of service
