You guys SUCK
Where the heck is my parcel that was supposed to have been delivered 4 days ago? Ive been getting sms's and emails confirming delivery, but nothing has arrived. I had to PAY someone today to be at the delivery address. Half the items in the package were gifts for yesterday. I had waste time and money getting replacement gifts because of your incompetence. If you cannot deliver when you are supposed to, then inform your customers so that they can make other arrangements. This is not the first time this has happened. I am rather disappointed. You guys suck.
