You can't take my money and then change your terms afterward.

So I place an order #*** at 8:50am on 11-06-2024 and pay the R95.00 for same day delivery. My order only arrives on 12-06-2024 at 9am. When i contact Takealot to query why i was charged R95.00 for same day delivery, but did not receive my order i get this response.

As much as it confuses not only you but all our customers, the website has not yet been updated on the delivery page but the current cut-off time is now 07h00 due to high volumes of orders."

What i do not understand is how is that my problem? Takealot should be liable. Why charge me R95 for same day if you are not going to do it? Am i wrong to expect a refund of my same day delivery payment?
