You canceled an order without refund

My wife orderd a night light for my son and last of us part 2 on ps4. She was busy with the payment and used her R900 worth of ebucks, she was on her way to pay the 166 difference when she got called by a customer and did not get chance to finish the payment. As she wanted to do it today you canceled her orderd and did not refund her eBucks. We still want the items and we are not happy with the fact you canceled the order and did not refund us. You owe us the eBucks and have no right to keep it. Order number ***2.
