You are pathetic

My return was declined due to the return policy (I didn't send it back within 7 days) problem is it was a GIFT.....you don't open someone's gift. Most important......I WOULDN'T HAVE TO SEND IT BACK IN THE FIRST PLACE IF YOU DIDN'T SEND ME AN ITEM THAT WAS ALREADY RETURNED BY SOMEONE ELSE AS IT WAS BROKEN ALREADY! The reference number on the box belongs to someone else, my number was added. Yet you still decline it???????
