You are an asset to your company!!
I ordered a package which was only meant to be delivered on 21 December, but I was going on holiday on 15 December 2015. <br> When I called the first time to see if the package can then be delivered in January, a very unhelpful agent simply said No.!<br> When I called on 8 December, Sthembiso Nofemele was my agent and he went out of his way to ensure that my package was delivered on 9 December 2015. He logged a call for me, he followed up with communication and at all time s he was professional and friendly.<br> I have not received such good service in a while.<br> Thank you, for making me a very happy person today <br> <br> Kind Regards,<br> Cecilia Slabbert
