YONELA K is pretty useless in client services ask for Cynthia!!!

I recently called the help line due to some returns I was querying, I spoke to Yonela who I found of no help with very little beside manor on the phone. The reson for my call was never fixed, I had to call the helpline again today and had the pleasure of taking to Cynthia who was helpful and pacient. I would just like you to know YONELA DID SH*T TO HELP ME!!! apart from anoy me further!!!
