yet another bad service again

yet another disappointment . after i have tried multiple times to get help .. I am still unanswered called getting hung up when i am the one who called when all i want is my refund so i can go else where cause takealot is failing me as a customer.. I just spoke to a xhosa speaking girl who hung up on me when i asked for her name ..yesterday i was promised a call back ..i have no washing machine and they also keeping my money ..zandi ***
