I bought and paid for an item which was unsuitable and i logged the return with them. One of their MANY private couriers collected this from me. Now they refuse to refund me, they want all sorts of proof. EVERYTHING is logged on their site, also that the item was collected and received by them now i get a query every day from a different agent asking for ridiculous info. " Take a lot, how long are you going to drag out returning my refund????? You ask me for proof of return??????? your courier did not supply this, now you are asking me WHAT THEY WERE WEARING ????????????????? are you serious?????? you are passing this from pillar to post every day a different "agent" contacts me only to ask the same questions over and over an over an over and over and now you tell me YOUR MANAGEMENT REQUIRES THAT I TELL YOU WHAT THE COURIER WAS WEARING ???????? i want your "management" to contact me pse."
