Years of good service with very few hitches

I had to request a defective item (From a 3rd party seller) be swapped today and it just got me thinking about how few problems I've had with Take2 over the years, and I couldn't really think of one that wasn't caused by a third party rather than themselves. This is going back to the days when they were still Take2 and basically a little online computer parts store. Anyhoo, thanks for the consistently great service, keep it up.
