xtremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and No Follow-Up

I am extremely disappointed with Takealot's service. I returned a damaged product (Nailed It Ultimate Nail Dream Technicians Kit) not once, but twice. The first return was declined after weeks of waiting, and I was told it was due to a "missing accessory"—even though no one contacted me to resolve it properly.

For the second return, I made sure to follow all the instructions, but I accidentally forgot to include a small part (the finger). I immediately expected communication or collection for the missing piece, but no one ever contacted me, even though the system says they are "awaiting missing accessories."

I sent an email following up, hoping for some form of support, and I received no response at all. It has now been over a week since the last update, and I’m still sitting with a damaged item and no replacement.

Takealot used to be reliable, but my recent experience has shown a shocking lack of customer care and accountability. I’ve wasted time, money, and energy, and I'm now reconsidering shopping with them in the future. This is unacceptable.
