Xolelwa Mhlope should be seriously commended

I ordered a laptop from Takealot as a Christmas gift for my son. We are travelling overseas on 14th December 2017 and I was told it would arrive on 12th December, so there appeared to be plenty of time to receive the order before we left. However, it took much longer than anticipated for the supplier to source the item and delivery date was re-estimated as being the 14th. I was most unhappy about this and contacted Takealot to see what could be done.

Xolelwa Mhlope followed up with the couriers and managed to get them to expedite the delivery. She kept me in the loop at all times and phoned me several times to inform me of progress of the delivery. Her persistence and "can-do" attitude paid off, and the laptop was delivered this evening, a great relief.

I've been buying from Takealot for years, and its staff have not let me down yet. I think great service like this should be publicised.
